I (the "Grantor"), acting as the Artist and/or authorised Rights Holder, hereby grant OnionUnlimited Radio a non-exclusive, world-wide, royalty-free direct licence to communicate to the public, broadcast, and transmit the musical work and associated master recording (the "Track") for on-demand purposes.

You may rescind this licence for on-demand purposes by unticking the "Also allow on-demand play" box above; in this case, we will only play your music via our standard radio broadcast.

I expressly warrant and represent that:

• I am the sole owner of all Intellectual Property rights in both the Master Recording and the underlying Musical Composition, or I have obtained express written authorisation from all relevant third-party rights holders to enter into this agreement;
• This grant of rights for broadcast and use does not breach or conflict with any existing agreement, including but not limited to, contracts with record labels, publishers, or digital distributors;

Indemnity: I agree to indemnify and hold harmless OnionUnlimited Radio against any claims, losses, or expenses arising from a breach of the warranties above.
